We ask that you show up in a mask, which can be removed if you feel comfortable, once on your mat. Please leave The Point with your mask on. Suggested things to bring to an outside yoga studio.

Yoga 101 is still going strong. This is a class to help you get started with yoga, give you a reminder if it’s been a while and learn how to modify a pose to get the best out of your practice. Every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. with Instructor Pauline.

10/12/2020 – OK Yogis. This is the last week for classes. Get outside while you can before hunkering down for the winter and DEFINITELY come to our Yoga Fest & RI Vendor Market this Saturday. 10/16 – If you haven’t heard, the Yoga at The Point’s Yoga Fest & RI Vendor Market has officially been moved to Sunday, 10/18. All previously purchased tickets are still good.
