Pauline’s yoga journey began many years ago while still a collegiate athlete. Yoga was an integral part of her training as a distance runner. She was fortunate to train under a coach that recognized the importance of elongating muscles through a yoga practice to counteract the compacting of muscles that occurs with vigorous strength training.
Stacey Herrington is a Certified Master Yoga Instructor with other certifications including Chair Yoga, Plus Size Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Yoga. She considers her “job” a get-to and a privilege to help others reach their full potential through the power of movement and breathwork. Stacey believes that movement is important for everyone, regardless of age or ability.
Patricia Bastia, 200RYT, has been practicing yoga for a super long time, and teaching it for the past 6 years. She has a playful, lighthearted approach to yoga and believes that yoga is for everybody and EVERY. BODY. All ages, all shapes and sizes, all levels of experience, all right!
Nicole is a passionate people-person who strives to connect and unite with others through yoga.
Ellen began her study of Yoga in 1984 shortly after receiving her BA in Psychology. It was a perfect match from the start, and Ellen has continued to study and practice yoga since that time. She is an experienced, registered yoga teacher at the 500-hour level and is also certified as a Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT 1000).
Arden doesn’t remember the first time she did yoga. Since then, yoga has become a genuine and inseparable part of her life.
As a dedicated student and teacher of the Flow, Debbie offers an approach to yoga that is both playful and transformative. Through creative and carefully designed sequencing, Debbie offers space for students of all levels to gently come to their evolutionary edge with grace and joy while cultivating strength and humility.
