Pauline Mann
Instructor & Yoga at The Point’s Event Coordinator
Pauline’s yoga journey began many years ago while still a collegiate athlete. Yoga was an integral part of her training as a distance runner. She was fortunate to train under a coach that recognized the importance of elongating muscles through a yoga practice to counteract the compacting of muscles that occurs with vigorous strength training. In addition to being an Instructor, she is also Yoga at The Point’s Event Coordinator.

Tanya Andrade
Hi!! I am Tanya. Yoga is a relationship that is built between the body, the mind, the heart and the spirit. My goal is to encourage and support you to nurture and love yourself as you move towards wholeness. I teach ways we can let go of what is no longer serving us and what “pains” us. I invite you to find space in your body and mind to allow and encourage new and beautiful things to come your way. Yoga is freedom and release.
