2021 CLASSES FOR ALL LEVELS

Rise ~N~ Shine

Greet the morning with a class that consciously links the movement of the body to breath. These vinyasa style classes are a dynamic, energetic flow that will kick start your morning and inspire you to move through the rest of your day with intention and ease.

Yoga 101

Each class will guide students through a series of poses focusing on energetic alignment, conscious sequencing and prevention of injury. The course moves through poses in a deliberative way to encourage students to feel each movement physically ad emotionally. Long holds, deep breath, and gratitude are at the foundation of each class.

Yoga Burst!

Our early morning classes add an element of “internal heat” to counter the Cooler morning temperatures. Heat is created with any combination of core work, quicker vinyasa flows or traditional strength poses. Start your day with a quick burst of energy.

POP Pilates®

An energetic fun way to start your day! This class is a fusion of strength and flexibility with resistance work using your own bodyweight. POP Pilates® is inspired by traditional pilates and yoga moves but choreographed to fun, upbeat, pop music.

Kundalini & Sound Healing

A practice through the use of postures, breathing practices, mantras, relaxation and meditation. Kundalini Yoga teaches you the techniques and awareness to stay healthy. It gives you a strong foundation of health, well being that gives you the energy to deal with all the mental and spiritual facets of your life.

Power Yoga

This vinyasa style class places emphasis on elements of power both mechanically and emotionally. Find your strength on the mat and let it guide you through your day.

Focus Flow

Where focus goes, energy flows. This class utilizes elements from many yoga styles. Students are encouraged to work with intention. Core strength and breath are emphasized.

All Levels Yoga

This class is for everybody. Move with intention in this playful vinyasa flow.

Forrest Fusion Yoga

Exploring the power of breath in each move and hold; finding joy and ease in core.

Yoga & Sound Healing

A gentle yoga flow to prepare the body to be washed and healed with sound. The location with the peaceful music is Zen.

M⁴ : Morning, Mantra, Meditation & Movement (classes begin 7/12 – 8/25)

This gentle class centers on focusing energy to promote a peaceful day. Breathing techniques, facia release and intention setting to ensure students a day of bliss.
