FREE Yoga 101 Class

New to yoga? Here’s your opportunity to learn the basic principles of yoga to attain a healthy mind and body. In this 1 hour class- we will briefly discuss the origins of yoga, the pillars of breath-work, balance and movement as well as the mind-body connection. From there we will dive right in!
Students will be introduced to 10 basic poses through a gentle vinyasa flow class. Students will be guided through half and full sun salutations and be shown modifications to enhance their yoga experience. Students will be encouraged to ask questions and be curious. This class is the perfect introduction to the benefits of integrating yoga in your health and wellness regimen.
